1. Acceptance of Terms

4.2 Deposit Conditions

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on jj88 — including cricket, PSL fixtures, international matches, and other sporting events — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. jj88 reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or where the integrity of an event is called into question by a competent authority. 6.2 Casino Games

8. Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property belonging to jj88.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purpose of personal entertainment. 11. Account Termination & Suspension

11.1 Termination by Member

You may close your jj88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receiving a valid closure request, jj88 will process any outstanding withdrawals of real-money balance (net of any bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) and deactivate the account within a reasonable timeframe.

11.2 Termination by jj88

jj88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected;
• The account holder is found to be under the minimum age of 21;
• KYC verification requirements have not been satisfied within the stipulated period;
• The account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity;

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements. jj88 shall retain transaction records and personal data for the periods required by applicable law notwithstanding account closure.

12. Amendments to These Terms
